YMHFA

Jack Drum Arts are proud to be a Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA) Strategy Site, offering YMHFA training courses in our local community. Mental Health First Aid is an internationally recognised training course, designed to teach people how to spot the signs and symptoms of mental ill health and provide help on a first aid basis.

Active Citizens

Jack Drum Arts are an Active Citizens partner trained to deliver a British Council global training programme supporting adults age 18+ who want to make a difference in their community, are interested in professional development and keen to join a global network of Active Citizens from across the world all passionate about social change.

Since 2015 we have trained 180 Active Citizens, created an adapted toolkit for use with adults with learning disabilities and supported the development and delivery of a wide range of social action projects with seed funding and mentoring.
