Reaching Out Across Durham (ROAD) is an exciting employment programme which helps the unemployed, aged 25 and above in County Durham to improve their employability.

Working alongside programme lead Groundwork NE & Cumbria and seven voluntary and community sector delivery partners which are specialists in employment, financial and digital inclusion and volunteering, ROAD will support 1200 long-term unemployed people into or towards employment in its duration until June 2022.
